September 17, A plane of World War II crashed during an air show in the city of Martinsburg in the U.S. state of West Virginia, which lies east of the country.
The pilot died and the name has not been disclosed. No spectator was hit by the fall, which happened during the exhibition called "Thunder Over the Blue Ridge."
A day earlier, had another accident during an air show in the U.S., but this nine people died and about 56 injured when a plane fell on spectators at a race in Reno, Nevada.
